Community Guidelines

Honest journeys and trustworthy guidance

These guidelines apply across Qwestrum — Explore timelines, Career Compass, Navigate, Engineering360, and anything you choose to share.

Be honest, not promotional

Share lived experience on journeys — not résumés, pitches, or personal branding. Career Compass and Navigate are for orientation, not selling courses or services.

Show the full picture

Include context, challenges, and what you learned honestly. Do not exaggerate outcomes, salaries, or titles — on timelines or in reflections.

Respect people and privacy

Do not name colleagues, clients, or employers in harmful ways. Avoid confidential company data, private messages, or abusive content.

Speak from your experience

Journeys are personal stories, not universal advice. Compass paths and salary bands are indicative — do not present them as guarantees to others.

Use guidance tools responsibly

Salary figures, ladders, and role roadmaps on Compass and Navigate are estimates with labeled confidence. Do not scrape, republish, or misrepresent them as official offers.

Keep Engineering360 factual

Study notes and reference content should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Report errors through Feedback rather than posting misleading exam or interview advice as journeys.
